Shipping policy

All Lumence orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Standard US Shipping: 6–12 business days.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Lumence is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only.
